El compositor es conocido principalmente por sus composiciones para instrumentos de viento, Concierto en mi bemol mayor para clarinete y orquesta, op. 36, siendo un ejemplo de ello. La pieza fue escrita en 1803 y es excepcional por su magnífica ambientación instrumental y equilibrio formal. Sin exagerar, el concierto de Kramar se describe como el concierto para clarinete más interpretado del repertorio checo. La reducción para piano fue escrita por el compositor Ladislav Simon y la parte solista fue revisada por el prof. Jirí Kratochvil. Esta edición práctica forma parte de la serie Musica Antiqua Bohemica.
